SENATE BILL NO. 93 "An Act relating to security freezes on the                                                                  
credit reports or records of incapacitated persons and certain minors"                                                          
was read the second time.                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Senator Gardner objected.                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
SENATE BILL NO. 93 will advance to third reading on the April 10                                                                
calendar.
